Staff and families: Share a story for our website, social media and other recognition!
Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY) honored Orono Intermediate School (IS) fifth-grader, Luke Mitchell, with the Grand Honors award with further accolades as "one of the brightest students in the world.”
The Orono K-3 Chess Club beat 28 other teams to win the School Chess Association primary & elementary state championship.
Last May, the Orono Schumann Elementary (SE) gym was packed full of second-grade Imagination Fair projects!
