OHS School Counselors' Role in Personal Social Support

The OHS Counseling staff is here to help students with their personal and social concerns as well as their transition into high school. OHS Counselors deliver school counseling programs that enhance student growth in three domain areas: academic, college/career, and personal/social development. School counselors help students enhance their social/emotional development—the mindsets and behaviors students need to manage emotions and learn and apply interpersonal skills—while recognizing that growth in all three domains is necessary for students to be successful now and later in life.

See the "Mental Health Matters" tab, below, for all editions of the newsletter from Ms. Marie Techam, OHS Social Worker.
