Recording Link: https://www.youtube.com/live/xlF0xIytKGs
Weather: The ceremony will be moved indoors to the OHS gymnasium only in the event of severe weather. If we are required to move inside, we will request that families limit the number of attendees to five or fewer, to ensure seating for all. If severe weather conditions necessitate a move indoors, we will communicate with parents and students as soon as we are able, with the goal of notification by 1:00 p.m. If the ceremony is moved indoors, the gymnasium doors will open at 5:00 p.m.
Parking: Parking is available anywhere on campus. There are handicapped spaces available outside the Activities Center. There will be parking attendants available to help with handicapped parking near the stadium entrance. The Orono Schools campus map shows all parking lots.
Guests & Seating: There are neither limits on the number of guests, nor tickets needed. Seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis. There are spots on the upper (plaza) level of bleachers for handicapped guests (these spaces will have signs denoting reserved for handicap only). If we are required to move inside, we will request that families limit the number of attendees to a maximum of five to ensure seating for all, but we will still not require tickets. You may come to the stadium (starting at 8am) and lay down a blanket to reserve a space. No tape is allowed. There will be twine for you to tie your blanket down.
Photos: There will be opportunities for photos available on the plaza after the ceremony.
