Sports Qualifying Physical

Each student participating in a sport must have an updated and valid physical on file to register in MyPaymentsPlus (MPP). You can find your physical date in your personal information in MPP. Physicals are valid for 3 years from exam date. You will not be able to complete your registration if your child’s sports physical is not on file in the school or if a current physical expires before the final date of the season for which you are registering.

For high school sports, submit your physical form to the High School Athletics office in one of two ways:

• Scan and email it to Sigrid Heinen at sigrid.heinen@orono.k12.mn.us
• Drop it off at the Orono High School office to the attention of Sigrid Heinen
